Terms and Conditions for School Fee Payment

Fee Rules

  1. Payment Responsibility: By proceeding with the payment, you agree to fulfill the financial obligations associated with your child’s education at Crestlife Learners School. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment of school fees as per the agreed-upon schedule.
  2. Fee Structure: The school fee structure is determined based on various factors, including grade level, facilities provided, and academic programs offered. Please refer to the fee schedule provided by the school administration for details on the applicable fees.
  3. Payment Schedule: School fees are typically payable on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, as per the payment schedule specified by the school. Kindly adhere to the due dates mentioned to avoid any late payment charges or inconvenience.
  4. Late Payment Charges: In the event of delayed payment, late fees may be applicable as per the school’s policy. Please ensure timely settlement of dues to avoid any additional charges.
  5. Refund Policy: School fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by the school management. Requests for fee refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
  6. Payment Methods: Crestlife Learners School offers multiple payment options, including online payments via debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you and complete the transaction securely.
  7. Confirmation Receipt: Upon successful completion of the payment transaction, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email or whatsapp etc. Please retain this receipt for your records and reference purposes.
  8. Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes or discrepancies related to school fee payments, please contact the school administration at the earliest for resolution. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and fairly.
  9. Changes to Terms: Crestlife Learners School reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as deemed necessary.

Payment Rules

  1. Payment Method: Payment for school fees can be made using either the Online or Offline method. The Offline method is limited to Cheque payments only.
  2. Cash Not Accepted: Cash payments are not accepted at our office. For online payments, please utilize the Payment Gateway, UPI Payment, or Net banking facilities.
  3. Offline Payment Guidelines: Offline fees must be submitted through cheque only. Please ensure sufficient balance in your account before depositing the fee by cheque. Corrections and overwriting on cheques are not allowed (Cheque return charge ₹500/-). Advance cheques should be submitted for all installments.
  4. Payment Due Dates: All installments should be paid in advance before the 10th day of the concerned month. After the due date, a late payment penalty of ₹10 per day will be applicable.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees: All types of fees, including tuition and miscellaneous charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  6. Exclusions from School Fee: Please note that charges for Transportation, School Bag, Uniform, and Event Participation are not included in the School Fee.
  7. Cooperation Requested: We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for a smooth and efficient fee payment process. If you have any queries or require assistance, please feel free to contact our office.
