Introduction At Crestlife Learners School, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds and returns.
Non-Refundable Fees All types of school fees, including tuition and miscellaneous charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Exceptional Cases In exceptional cases, such as withdrawal due to medical reasons or relocation, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the school management. Such requests must be submitted in writing and supported by appropriate documentation.
Refund Process If a refund is approved, the following process will be followed:
- The refund request will be reviewed by the school administration.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
No Refund on Event Participation Fees Fees for special events, field trips, and extracurricular activities are non-refundable, even if the student is unable to attend.
